Here, raw talent is something that’s taught. Slice into market-fresh fish and assemble art in food form under the direction of Yamagen’s most talented sushi chefs.
Japanese whisky in hand, you’ll master sushi two ways — a roll and nigiri. Then tuck in to your creation bar side, paired perfectly with a house beer or wine.
